Apart hotel Maria-Antoaneta Residence is a three-star hotel in a privileged location at the heart of the picturesque mountain village Bansko, skiing and leisure resort. It is designed as a "gated" estate and offers all the conveniences for permanent habitation. It has 200 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms suitable for the winter and summer, restaurant, lobby and Spa.

The inner yard is designed to have a pool with an open bar, terraces with places for relaxation and green area.
