Also situated at “MAGNOLIA” complex this underground apartment is one of the most challenging designs. Due to the limited amount of  space, the living room and the bedroom are divided by a simple transparent “wall” and elegant TV Unit. With a remote you can control the curtains and transform the bedroom into a private area, when needed. Glass panels replace successfully the normal walls, enhancing the feeling of space. As the apartment is situated at the underground with not sufficient daylight we printed panoramic views and we used a lot of hidden lightning creating the illusion that you are in a bright loft with great views.
